“… we didn’t want to make a copy of the original band but, respecting the tradition, something of our own, original to some extent, in other words we want to keep the Ramones Legacy alive starting where they stopped. The sounds reflect this philosophy, they are big and heavy, dirty and direct like the Ramones were playing today"
May 2013-Marky Ramone gave them the Official Italian Ramones Tribute Band, they toured with him in Italy and USA playing at the Home Festival during the world’s biggest event for the Ramones 40 Years Anniversary in front of 20.000 people, during this live Piero Pelù of Litfiba was special guest.
They shared the stage with Fang, Morlocks, Napalm Death, Sank Rock, Meteors, L.A Guns, Dictators Nyc, Hellbound Glory, Prodigy, Eagle of death Metal, Black Stone Cherry, Warrior Soul, Thundermother, Danko Jones. Bo Matheson from Los Gusanos di Nyc toured with them at the drums.
They toured with Monte A. Melnick (Ramones Tour Manager)and George Du Bose (Ramones official photographer) for the promotion of the Italian biographyof Monte A.Melnick. Daniel Rey (Ramones producer) played with them.
Rick Weinman, Johnny Ramone’s and Eddie Vedder’s guitar tech is actually in their crew.
Every year they organize the Italian Annual Ramones Convention that in 2019 was at the Alcatraz in Milan;the Wardogs Army is the Italian fan club that supports the band during the shows with various activities and in 2018 was born the Wardogs Fan Club Austria too.
They are present in three compilation: PGA (Punk Goes Acoustic vol 2 e vol 3) and 1,2,3,4 the biggest Ramones Tribute Compilation.
During the 2012 they published their first album (Raw & Dirty Days), then they participated with the single Go Mental-dirt off! at the Detroit Vinyl Awards 2017 (Queen of the Stone Age won them). The single’s art cover was realized by John Holmstrom that used one of the original illustration he realized for the Ramones’s song I Wanna be Well in the 1977 Rocket to Russia album.
They have some songs on Virgin Radio’s rotation, toured with Jiro Okabe (Richie Ramone)/Alex Kane (Marky Ramone) /Jamie Oliver (Uk Subs).
They played with Discharge and Cockney Rejects., they played in four edition of Indian Larry Motorcycle Block party in Brooklyn, New York.
They published Pet Sematary / I don’t want to grow up 12” single with Marky Ramone and Andrea Rock.
Toured with Gilby Clarke (Guns’n’Roses) and shared the stage with Hardcore Superstar.
Toured for the Mosrite 72 Years Anniversary Italy and Austria Tour with Jiro Okabe.
They published Chinese Rock 12” single with Gilby Clarke and they played at the
Ramones 50 years Anniversary with Marky Ramone and Gilby Clarke
Toured in Italy and Uk with with Gilby Clarke.
